Empowering Abilities, Brewing Opportunities
Grounded University: Where Learning Meets Inclusivity
At our Café, we proudly offer a training program for students of all abilities. Through hands-on experience in a real restaurant setting, students learn valuable skills—from food prep to customer service—that build confidence and prepare them for future employment. Each participant leaves with confidence and work experience along with a performance evaluation they can share with potential employers, helping open doors to meaningful opportunities in the community.
